Founded in 2020, Venari Construction, or “VCON,” began when the owner was part of a large real estate investment company that bought distressed properties to renovate and sell for profit and improving community. From 2017 to 2020, the team flipped over 100 homes each year. You can never truly say “I’ve seen it all,” but at VCON, we’ve seen a lot! 

Remodeling: After branching out on his own, our founder partnered with other investors to remodel distressed properties. In the investment world, time is money, so at VCON we focus on delivering quality work quickly. As an investor-friendly contractor, we help you get the most from your investment, whether it’s a full home gut and rebuild or simple touch-ups. We assist with design and style selections, staying on top of market trends and knowing what’s in. 

Restoration: In 2023, VCON expanded into the restoration industry, bringing our expertise to homeowners facing water or fire damage.
